Why is water Important..?

As we all know that water is everything for us, without water we can't live. As you know that for living a life three things are most important that is air,water and food. Without food you can live for some days but without water not . So that less amount of water also harmful for our health. For a healthy body you have to drink more and more water.
This is common to hear that water is important , but how and in what ways water is important. There are so many aspects for making a healthy body .
1. Water improves your performance
Water gives energy to your body. When your body is hydrated it improves your physical performances . You can take the example of athletes , they carry their power drinks with them because water is essential at that time for their body so that their body will not dehydrate.
Because , when you run or doing any physical performances your body loses water through sweat and this results dehydration . So carry your water bottles with you.
2. It helps in nutrients absorption in body
Water also plays an important role for absorbing the nutrients in body. Your body also needs some nutrients proteins,vitamins, minerals etc. so with the help of water this nutrients absorb in your body . We get 20% of water from food items which also contains nutrients so water helps to your body in this way also.
3. It helps in excrete waste through urination and defecation
Water is also important in excrete waste material from your body through urination and defecation. If water is not provided to your body, your body doesn't remain healthy and also can face many critical health issues.
If your urine is dark or coloured, it indicates dehydration. And if your urine is plane or colour less then your body is hydrated. Water also removes the constipation problem. so that our body remains healthy.
4. Water create saliva
water also creates saliva which is also important for swallowing the food easily. Saliva is produced in salivary glands and saliva contains 98% water and many other important substances like mucus, electrolytes etc.
If your mouth remains dry so this is the indication of dehydrated body. so drink more and more water and take advice from your doctor.
5. It regulates your body temperature
water is helpful for remains your body's temperature is stable, thirstiness indicates your body is not receiving adequate hydration. when your body loses water through sweat so that body's temperature will rise so control that body's temperature your body require water.
GUIDANCE OF WATER
1. You should drink 4 glass of water after waking up.
2. In day time 3 litre of water you should take.
3. If you are not suffering from diabetes and blood pressure then glucose water is also advisable.
4. Experts said drink water before meal, during and after meal is good for health .
5. Drinking water before bed has a no. of benefits but drinking too close to bedtime can interrupt your sleep cycle and also impact on heart health.
6. drink cold water can slow down the digestive process.
7. Always drink water while sitting.
