Green vegetables and fruits both contains vitamins , minerals and fiber which is also very good for our health. These are also good for our eye sight. There are so many green fruits and vegetables are available like grapes, spinach, fenugreek leaves, mint , coriander leaves etc.
GRAPES
There are also some colours and forms of grapes are available like red grape, green grape, purple grape. And forms are like grape jelly, grape jam, grape juice etc.
1. The nutrients that are present in grape ,protect against cancer , eye problem and other health problems.
2. Grapes are good source of fiber also. so the person having lack of fiber can plan grape in your diet.
3. Grapes are also suitable for people with diabetes.

4. It also contains water so it helps to people stay hydrated.

3. Spinach also contains 91% water so it is very good for health.

4. It also contains in small amounts of sugar , in the form of glucose and fructose.
5. Spinach also contains an antioxidant that promotes skin health and immune system.
6. It is also useful for blood clotting.
7. spinach also contains Iron which helps to create hemoglobin.
FENUGREEK
1. Fenugreek is also called as methi in india.
2. It has seeds as well as leaves.
3. It is a truly a multipurpose herb . people used it for thousands of years to flavor food , improve health.

4. Fenugreek seeds are commonly used as a supplement to control blood glucose , especially to prevent or treat diabetes.
5. To soothe skin inflammation or injury also fenugreek is used.
